How long will my order take? 

Every order is unique. If the item/items are at the main location for Kreation, processing should take no longer than 1-3 business days. If any of the items are coming from a warehouse, processing could take up to a week, but usually does not. Processing is the precursor for shipping; delivery time is additional.

Why is my shipping so expensive?

Shipping rates in general have increased tremendously due to COVID-19. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the distance it will travel. In some cases, if items that you ordered are coming from two separate locations, the shipping cost may be increased due to the additional shipping process. 

What do I do if the design is coming off?

First contact kreationclothingcompany@gmail.com for next best steps to take. Many of the designs are Heat Transfers and so can be reapplied by adding heat. NOT ALL designs are heat transferred so please email before taking any action. We will get back to you ASAP via email.

What do I do if the item is wrinkled where the design is located?

See answer above ^. Most items are tolerant of heat, HOWEVER, it's essential to have a protective cover sheet. Parchment paper can be used as a protective cover sheet as well as a teflon sheet, or any other heat protective cover sheets found at your local craft stores.
