How long will my order take? 

Every order is unique. If the item/items are at the main location for Kreation, processing should take no longer than 1-3 business days. If any of the items are coming from a warehouse, processing could take up to a week, but usually does not. Processing is the precursor for shipping; delivery time is additional.

I am missing a piece of my order.

Some pieces may be shipping from different locations. If you have any concerns please contact kreationclothingcompany@gmail.com or message on Instagram @kreationclothingcompany.

Why is my shipping so expensive?

Shipping rates in general have increased tremendously due to COVID-19. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the distance it will travel. In some cases, if items that you ordered are coming from two separate locations, the shipping cost may be increased due to the additional shipping process. 

What do I do if the design is coming off or crooked?
